Refunds & Returns
If goods arrive damaged please advise us within three working days by email or telephone to arrange return and refund of the items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by telephone, letter, or email within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase up to 30days after you have received the goods. However, to exercise this right , after 7 days from purchase, you must notify us in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds for the return of goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 30 days after notification.
We strongly recommend using a tracked/signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We always aim to despatch orders placed by 2:30pm on the same day, orders after 2:30pm are despatched the next day.
Delivery time will depend on location, UK deliveries will be between 2-6 days approx.
For international orders delivery time could be up to 20 days depending on the country.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund international orders where carriage charges are unexpectedly prohibitive.
