What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?
“I had a problem with my gears, so I played with these screws on the back.”

What is your past experience, for working in your position?
I studied Media at Uni and worked various jobs while living in London: - Runner at a Post production studio, Accounts assistant, Exhibition sales executive. But I only began liking my job when I started in the cycling industry. After ten years at large, corporate cycle retailer I decided to start my own company with the help of my past partner Mike Wakefield. Since we opened in 2012. I have become a Cytech qualified mechanic, Trek precision fit technician and a Bosch E-bike specialist. I love my job and I love learning new skills.

What do you like about working at your shop?  I have an amazing team, we get on and we get the job done - what more can you ask for as a boss?

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I like playing Basketball, doing outdoor stuff and spending time with my family and kids. When I do get out to ride, I am usually riding reconnaissance for our Half Hundred sportive. If I can, I love to ride Bedgebury or the Afan Forest. But what I really like to do is watch the NFL while drinking and shouting at the telly.
